Step 1/2
- â heads Broccoli
- â cup Red onion, diced
- Œ Large apple, diced
Chop broccoli off of stalk and into bite-sized pieces. Dice up red onion and apple. Add to a large bowl.
Step 2/2
- Œ cup Carrots, shredded
- Œ cup Golden raisins
- â cup Pepitas
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl.
