The Chicken Nugget to Replace Them All

- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 65 g flour
- 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- pepper

Preheat the oven to 200 °C/392 °F. Crush the tortilla chips into coarse crumbs using a rolling pin inside a ziplock bag. Whisk the egg and milk together. In a bowl, combine the flour with paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.

Coat the chicken first in the flour mixture, then dip into the egg-milk mixture, and finally coat with the crushed tortilla chips. Place the nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 min. Serve with Aioli.
